Richard Duvall is the Founder and Principal of Westchester Advisory Services. Mr. Duvall was a partner at Holland & Knight LLP from 1994-2018, serving as firmwide litigation section leader from 2003-07, and on the firm’s directors committee from 1994-2002. Prior to Holland & Knight, he co-founded the law firm Dunnells & Duvall (aka Dunnells, Duvall, Bennett & Porter), which grew to a practice of over 50 lawyers over a period of 20 years prior to its merger with Holland & Knight in 1993. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia Law School, and holds a BA with honors from the University of Illinois. He is currently Chair of the Board of the American Red Cross, National Capital Region. He previously served as Chair of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, now Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, and the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia. Mr. Duvall also serves on the Board of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Prior to starting private practice he served in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General Corps.
